Stamps.com Integration
InSched integrates with Stamps.com for printing postage on envelopes directly from the application. This allows you to mail patient correspondence without a separate trip to the post office.
Accessing Stamps.com Setup
Select Setup > Stamps.com Setup from the menu.
Configuration
The Stamps.com Setup dialog configures how envelopes are printed:
Printer Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Printer | The printer to use for envelope printing |
| Bin | The printer tray/bin for envelopes |
Click Setup Printer and Bin to select the printer and bin from a standard printer dialog.
Postage Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Media Type | The type of envelope media |
| Form Factor | The envelope size and format |
Clearing Settings
Click Clear Setup to reset all Stamps.com configuration.
Usage
Once configured, Stamps.com postage printing is available when printing patient labels and envelopes from the patient management area. The integration handles postage calculation and printing in a single step.
